I’m a content strategist, communication design leader, and mentor with more than 25 years of experience.
Focusing on the customer experience, I work with technical partners to build solutions for federal government agencies that reduce friction and improve service delivery. Recent projects include Centers for Medicaid and CHIP Services (CMCS) and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Prior to shifting to civic tech, I worked with B2B and B2G companies, non-profit organizations, and causes to create better experiences and increase engagement with their audiences. Be sure to check out my portfolio.
