The Projects

Focusing on customer experience, I work with technical partners to translate complex topics for a broad audience, build solutions that reduce friction, and improve service delivery across the program.

Projects include:

- Content strategy and communications design for the Medicaid and CHIP Financial System (MACFin)

- Service design, research, and content strategy to improve application design for the Office of IT

- Research to uncover inefficiencies in workflow and staff management for the Centers for Clinical Standards and Quality

- Operationalizing the research, content, strategy, and service design functions within a large-scale application development and data science initiative for T-MSIS
